This page explains the scope and limits of the Jagelski & Partners website and communications with Jagelski & Partners OÜ (“the firm”, “we”). Read it with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. It does not remove rights or duties imposed by mandatory law.
Our role
Jagelski & Partners OÜ provides written scoping and introductions to independent specialists worldwide. We collect a prospect’s operating model, objectives, constraints, and unresolved questions, outline the request, and identify a specialist that appears suitable. Our service role ends at introduction. We do not direct or supervise the specialist, manage delivery, monitor deadlines, or assume responsibility for its work.
What Jagelski & Partners is not
Jagelski & Partners is not a law firm and is not a member of the Estonian Bar Association (Eesti Advokatuur). It is not a bank, an electronic money institution, a payment institution, an investment firm, a virtual asset service provider, a crypto-asset service provider, a tax adviser, a licensed auditor, a notary, or a sworn translator. Jagelski & Partners holds no authorisation under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive (CRR/CRD), the Electronic Money Directive, the Payment Services Directive, any virtual-currency or virtual-asset-service-provider regime, or any gambling-licensing regime in any jurisdiction.
Jagelski & Partners OÜ does not provide investment advice, manage investments, place or raise capital, or deal in securities. Website use and communications with the firm do not create an advisory, fiduciary, trustee, agency, or specialist-services relationship, subject to mandatory legal duties. Website content is not an offer to buy or sell an investment or a recommendation to enter a transaction.
Independent partner providers
Licensing, company formation, corporate banking, payments, and related services referenced on this site are provided by independent specialist firms. Each specialist is separately established, separately managed and, where applicable, separately licensed and supervised in its own jurisdiction. A prospect contracts directly with the specialist. Jagelski & Partners is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the specialist’s acts, omissions, advice, work, communications, fees, decisions, solvency, or service quality.
If a discovery, strategy, or consultation call is useful, it is between the prospect and the independent specialist. Jagelski & Partners does not host, conduct, or attend that call and assumes no responsibility for anything said or agreed during it.
Referral remuneration
Jagelski & Partners charges the prospect no fee, retainer, introduction charge, or markup. It may receive an introducer fee, referral fee, marketing fee, or similar remuneration from an independent specialist in connection with an introduction. The specialist’s own fees and third-party charges are agreed and paid directly by the prospect. Further detail is set out in the Terms of Service.

Who may use this site
This site is directed to businesses and professional contacts. It is not directed to consumers, and is not directed to persons under the age of eighteen.
This site is not directed to, and Jagelski & Partners does not accept enquiries from, persons who are: located, resident, or incorporated in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including (without limitation) Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine; listed on, or owned or controlled by persons listed on, the consolidated sanctions lists of the European Union, the United Nations or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or the UK Sanctions List (including persons subject to UK financial sanctions implemented by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, OFSI); or subject to sectoral or targeted restrictive measures that would prohibit the requested introduction.
Jagelski & Partners may receive banking and payments enquiries from prospects located, resident, or incorporated in the United States of America. It does not accept company formation or licensing enquiries from such prospects for any jurisdiction of incorporation. This reflects the scope undertaken by the firm’s specialist network and is separate from the restrictions in the paragraph above. An otherwise eligible prospect who is not located, resident, or incorporated in the United States may request an introduction to an independent specialist for a United States entity.
The restrictions in the sanctions paragraph above apply to the prospect. They do not restrict the jurisdictions in which an otherwise eligible prospect may seek to incorporate.
Persons within the sanctions categories above are asked not to submit enquiries. Jagelski & Partners reserves the right to decline or stop handling any enquiry that raises sanctions, integrity, eligibility, regulatory, or reputational concerns.
Sanctions screening
Jagelski & Partners may screen prospects, relevant counterparties, and beneficial owners against applicable international sanctions lists, including those administered by the European Union, the United Nations and the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the UK Sanctions List maintained by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, whose financial sanctions the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) implements. It will not handle an enquiry for, or make an introduction on behalf of, a person subject to such measures or owned or controlled by such a person.
No guarantee of outcomes
Independent specialists, institutions, registries, and authorities decide whether to accept a matter and what outcome to provide. Jagelski & Partners OÜ does not guarantee an introduction, acceptance, approval, cost, timeframe, service quality, or result. The website, Emma, and enquiry handling carry no guaranteed availability, response time, or service level, unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law.
