About this page

This page sets out the basis on which you may use the Jagelski & Partners website and communicate with Jagelski & Partners OÜ (“Jagelski & Partners”, “we”). Please read it carefully. Your continued use of this site indicates that you have read and accepted this Disclaimer. This Disclaimer sits alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which together form the firm’s website legal framework.

Our services

Jagelski & Partners is a strategic consultancy and infrastructure partner for crypto, fintech and high-risk businesses. We coordinate projects for our clients, including company formation, regulatory licensing, access to corporate banking and related payments support. We do not ourselves deliver these services. Where a client engages us, the regulated or specialist services are performed by independent third-party providers who contract directly with the client.

What Jagelski & Partners is not

Jagelski & Partners is not a law firm and is not a member of the Estonian Bar Association (Eesti Advokatuur). It is not a bank, an electronic money institution, a payment institution, an investment firm, a virtual asset service provider, a crypto-asset service provider, a tax adviser, a licensed auditor, a notary, or a sworn translator. Jagelski & Partners holds no authorisation under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive (CRR/CRD), the Electronic Money Directive, the Payment Services Directive, any virtual-currency or virtual-asset-service-provider regime, or any gambling-licensing regime in any jurisdiction.

Jagelski & Partners does not provide investment advice, does not manage investments, does not place or raise capital, and does not deal in securities. The relationship between Jagelski & Partners and the client is purely contractual: no fiduciary, trustee, agency, or quasi-fiduciary duty is owed by Jagelski & Partners, except as expressly imposed by mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing on this website is a financial promotion or a solicitation.

Independent partner providers

Licensing, company formation, corporate banking, payments and related services referenced on this site are provided by independent specialist firms. Each partner is separately established, separately managed and, where applicable, separately licensed and supervised in its own jurisdiction. Jagelski & Partners is not responsible for the acts, omissions or service quality of any partner. Clients enter into their own contracts with the relevant partner, and fees, scope and liability are set out in those contracts.

Remuneration from Partners

Jagelski & Partners may receive an introducer fee, referral fee, or similar remuneration from a Partner in connection with an introduction. The existence of these arrangements is hereby disclosed. They do not affect the firm’s obligation to act with integrity in the client’s interest. Further detail is set out in the Terms of Service.

Regulatory regimes change, and information on this site may become out of date. Before taking any step, obtain advice from a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.
